Every year, FoMA distributes thousands of dollars within our school district to ensure equal access to arts education across the income spectrum and to foster, recognize, and reward student accomplishment in the arts.
Inspiring young people’s confidence and creativity is our single greatest mission.
For FoMA, it’s the very core of what we do. We believe passionately that a vital education includes music and art programs—because the arts give students opportunities for creative thinking and self-discovery. Students learn life-long skills that help them meet challenges ahead with strength and self-assurance.
We provide financial support to the high school musical, summer music lessons, student publications, writing prizes, a graduation award, and student scholarships for arts camps and enrichment programs. Our grants include in-class, after-school, and summer programs and serve every age from early elementary to senior high school.
